The Clancy, Autograph Collection

Really enjoyed our stay here. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Food in lobby was good and it was easy to get in and out of the hotel. Incredible value for the rate I paid

We loved it here! The staff welcomed us warmly and took care of us well. The grounds were well maintained and every encounter with the staff was pleasant. I love that there were plenty of dining/nightlife/entertainment options nearby, a convenience store across the street and salesforce park around the corner.

Just to set expectations, this is not a luxury hotel, it's a true business hotel. There are co-working spaces throughout, the rooms are clean and a good size. There's no room service. They offer a café, restaurant, and bar. You can order online and head downstairs to pick up your food, and there's a small market with toiletries and snacks if you need anything last-minute. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the decor is modern and bright. I also appreciated the abundance of outlets, so you're never hunting for a place to plug in and work. The location is downtown, just minutes from major tech offices like LinkedIn and Salesforce. I'd definitely stay here again when visiting my office.

Overall this hotel was fine but didn't quite feel like an Autograph collection Hotel. Rooms were small and an odd layout, shower had low water pressure, and sink temperature was very unpredictable and hard to control (at times couldn't get it cold). The coffee shop in the lobby was okay but coffee wasn't great, and would not recommend the breakfast sandwich which was bland. The overnight oats were decent. Blue bottle coffee around the corner is much better if you need a good cup of coffee. I liked the location - off the beaten path of the busy area around the convention center but still close.

I stayed at The Clancy, Autograph Collection, for a couple of nights while on a business trip to San Francisco. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were extremely friendly and professional. The rooms were clean and comfortable — nothing extravagant, but perfectly decent for a business stay. The surrounding area was okay, and I mainly chose the hotel for its convenient location near my meetings. Overall, I would consider staying here again, especially because of the excellent staff service.

I stayed here for the Microsoft Ignite 11/17/25 - 11/21/25. The hotel was overall clean. I felt welcomed when I arrived. I was in room 803. The room had double beds, and a sofa, that seemed like it was cramped in there. Nice art/pictures on the wall. Room was mostly quiet except for street noise and the trash truck they was emptying an dumpster across the street under the bridge. The staff was nice. I walked out my room, forgot my key, saw a housekeeper next door and she said she had to call the front desk, which I appreciated she was not just going to take my word for it. She eventually remembered she had a sheet with guest names on it, and let me back in. The restaurant downstairs I think was a bit pricey. I ordered the seven square burger, and it had a good taste, but it was so sloppy, and I asked for it well, and as you can see it was not well done. I would go back here again, but probably would not eat at the restaurant there. I recommend giving it a try and see what you think.

The hotel is very nice , good gym and rooms are very large with very modern amenities. My only downfall is breakfast for nearly $40 you'd think they'd have full on buffet with wide variety it's more close to what a fairfield inn offers. I have status which they awarded a free upgrade with and staff was great but they could use an upgrade with breakfast.

I enjoyed my stay. Good size room and bathroom. Had a great view on the 14th floor. I will definitely come back.
